A. 100% yours. In fact, once you hire one of our candidates, we cannot contact them about new positions again.

A. No. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for all new hires, and you pay us nothing until you find the right hire.
Trial Employment
Prefer to test the waters first? With trial employment, you can get to know candidates before you hire them – and make wiser, more informed hiring choices. It’s an excellent way to get the help you need now, without worrying about wrongful termination lawsuits or unemployment costs if the person turns out not to be a good fit.
Q. How easy is it to say goodbye if it doesn’t work out?
A. Sometimes a candidate may not be the right fit for your team, or your hiring needs may have changed. When this happens, all you need to do is contact your Artemis rep, and will reassign the employee to an environment that better suits their needs.
Q. How long is the trial period?
A. Trial employment contracts last for 6 months. After that, there is no additional fee to hire the employee directly. If you choose to hire the employee before 6 months are up, you pay only a prorated amount based on how long they were on contract.
Contractual & Temps
Need extra help on a short-term basis? We can help you add talent for specific tech needs, large projects, backlogs, or covering employees on military, disability or maternity leave. This short-term tech assistance gives you a very fluid and flexible team, enabling you to compete vertically with much larger businesses – and then shrink back down painlessly when the workload subsides.
Q. How long or short can my agreement be?
A. Generally, to attract the best candidates, we need a minimum of 1 month and a 40-hour week guarantee. If you are seeking help for a shorter timeframe, one of Artemis’s other solutions may better fit your needs.
Q. Who sets the payment and responsibility terms?
A. Once you decide on a contractor, you should treat him or her as one of your employees. You will manage that person and assign tasks as you see fit.
