Solution:
Artemis used Audi’s clean design and product-focused imagery to create the Mystery Shopper survey module, which is accessible to Audi, the mystery shoppers, and administrators. A secure login takes mystery shoppers to the survey, which is pre-populated with data from their latest entry. We added expression controls to guide mystery shoppers through the process and help them input the proper data. After collecting the data, our system formats it for reporting, allowing Audi and site administrators to view results from a single survey or aggregate results to understand trends. The data can be viewed according to dealer, vehicle, faults, or service type. Users can also filter survey results by area, dealer name and number, or date of service. In addition to developing the application, we provided training for the system.
